    All the parts sold by us are returnable within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been installed or damaged by you. Please contact our support team in cases like the product is found to be defective at the time of shipment, there is a shipping error or website error at our end.In all other cases the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. A 05-15% restocking fee is charged on the returns which are not the result of our mistake where customers have ordered an incompatible part on their own. The refunds are normally made within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned order to the original mode of payment with which the payment has been made. Auto Pro Worldwide. is not obliged to pay any reimbursement of labor costs, service charges or other expenses.We urge all our customers to contact the customer support team if they face any issue with their order and cooperate with them during the course of investigation.

    Please follow our return process here and place a new order for the parts you want in exchange. You will be refunded for your old parts once we receive them.     For almost 98% of the returns we receive, once the merchandise is received your refund would be issued within 5-7 business days. However, sometimes we need to talk to the manufacturer or to the customer to solve some complicated cases and therefore the refund takes a bit longer than normal ((around 15 days)).

    If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.     Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. The only exceptions to this are if you received a part number that is not what you ordered, an item arrived is defective, or if the manufacturer confirms that our catalog information is incorrect. Us Autoparts Car does not reimburse the return shipping cost but only provides a prepaid return shipping label upon the complete investigation of the case and if it turns out to be an error on our part. Also, if you refuse the delivery of the package or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the total cost of shipping for both sides of transportation (for delivery and for back-return) will be deducted from your refund.

    Normally there is very limited time to cancel the order because the order is forwarded to the warehouse immediately after the order confirmation process is complete. To check whether an order can be canceled or not you will have to log into your account. In “My Account” section if the order you wish to cancel is showing a button “Cancel Order” only then you can cancel it. However if the processing of the order has already started, it cannot be canceled.
